Joining a video group call

  1. Open your email app and find the Togetherly invitation for the scheduled call.

     

  2. Open the email and click the Join this session now button.

     

  3. If this is your first time joining a video group call, click the Request access button to grant Togetherly permission to access your microphone and camera.

     

  4. A browser pop-up will appear with the permission request, click allow to grant access.

     

  5. Click the Join by video button when you’re ready to join the call. You’ll be entered into the call with your camera activated and ready to participate.
