How do I download a call recording?

Befriending call

  1. Go to the Befriending tab on the top navigation bar.

     

  2. Locate the specific match for which you want to find a recording and click on View calls.

     

  3. Find the relevant call from the list that you’d like to access the recording for.

     

  4. Click on Call detail for that specific call.

     

  5. Click the Download button next to the call recording.

     

 

Group call

  1. Navigate to the Groups tab on the top navigation bar.

     

  2. Click on the title of the call you wish to download the recording of.

     

  3. Click the Download button next to the call recording.
