Facilitating a video group call

When facilitating a video group call through Togetherly, the live call dashboard enables you to manage the call in a way that suits your requirements. Below, is all the controls you can utilise.

 

Bottom control bar

  1. Use the Actions button to facilitate all guests at once. Including:

     

    • Mute all guests

       

    • Un-mute all guests

       

    • Turn off guest cameras

       

    • Turn on guest cameras

     

  2. Microphone Icon – Mute or un-mute your microphone.

     

  3. Click End Session in the centre to end the call for all guests or leave it yourself.

     

  4. Attendee list – Manage guests in the call.

     

  5. Help – Get support from Togetherly.

 

 

Attendee list (side control bar)

 

  1. Connected Guests – See everyone on the call. Mute or remove them.

     

  2. Invited Guests – Check who’s invited but hasn’t joined.

     

  3. Telephone icons – Dial out to guests’ telephones who haven’t joined the session yet.

     

  4. Camera Icon – Turn off, or on a guests’ camera.

     

  5. Microphone Icon – Mute or un-mute the guests’ microphone.

     

  6. Red cross – Remove the guest from the call.
