To add a contact

Click on the Contacts tab located on the top navigation bar.

Click on the New contact button to begin.

Enter the contacts details, and make sure to add a preferred name as this is how they’ll be identified in calls. An email address is needed if they’ll facilitate or join video calls.

Choose the appropriate role for the contact based on what they’ll be doing.

Click Add contact to save the changes and be taken back to the main contact list.
To amend a contact

Click on the Contacts tab located on the top navigation bar.

Find the contact you want to amend by either searching for them or scrolling through the list and click on the Edit button.

Amend any of the details you’d like to change.

Once complete, click Update contact to save the changes and be taken back to the main contact list.
Bulk upload
